Recipes provided with the Spirit of Aloha by
Hawaii's Chef's, Families, Friends, and Businesses through:

Tofu Salad
1 Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 bunch Watercress, chopped
1 package Mountain Apple Brand Bean Sprout (Moyashi)
2 Whole Tomatoes, diced
1 block firm Aloha Tofu, sliced in chunks
1 Takuwan (pickled daikon or radish), sliced in match stick size
4-8 oz. Taegu (prepared Korean cuttlefish)
Top with Radish Sprouts
Layer the above in serving plate or pan starting with watercress. Pour over cool sauce before serving. Enjoy!
Sauce for Tofu Salad:
½ cup Aloha Shoyu
½ cup Wesson Vegetable Oil
2 cloves Garlic (shredded)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
Bring to a boil and cool before pouring over salad.
Double the recipe for extra sauce.
