Korean Style Kim Chee Pancake
1 cup kim chee (chopped)
4 or 5 pieces raw shrimp (chopped)
One fourth cup beef or pork (chopped) (1/4 cup)
One half cup flour (1/2 cup)
One third cup mochiko (1/3)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Green onion
One half bulb round onion (sliced)
Olive oil for frying.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Do not over mix. Using a
large spoon, create pancake shapes in the frying pan, fry in olive oil until
golden brown.

Shoyu
Garlic (minced)
Chili pepper
Sesame seed oil
Vinegar
