Kalbi
3 – 4 lbs. kalbi (short ribs)
2 cups shoyu
One and one half cup sugar (1 1/2 cup)
One third cup round onion (chopped) (1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon garlic
One half teaspoon ginger (1/2 teaspoon)
One fourth cup green onions (1/4 cup) chopped
One half teaspoon black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds oil
4 cups water
Black sesame seeds
2 tablespoon olive oil
Cut kalbi and marinate it overnight.
Grill or broil.
