Blueberry Cobbler
One fourth cup butter (1/4)
1 cup cake flour
1 and one half teaspoon baking powder (1 ˝)
One half teaspoon salt (1/2)
One fourth cup sugar (1/4)
One half cup half and half (1/2)
One fourth cup water (1/4)
2 cups fresh blueberries
One third cup corn syrup (1/3)
One eighth cup water (1/8)
Pour melted butter into a shallow baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking power, salt, sugar, half and half and
water. Pour mixture evenly over the butter. In a separate bowl,
combine blueberries, water, and corn syrup. Spoon evenly over the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
