Ginger Filo Cup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1) Thaw a package of filo dough in the refrigerator overnight.
2) In a small sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter.
3) Lay one sheet of filo dough on a cool table and brush with melted
butter.
4) Sprinkle fido dough with ginger powder.
5) Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have 6 layers on top of each other.
Do not brush the top layer with butter or sprinkle with butter.
6) Cut filo in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds.
7) Using a 6 cup muffin pan, turn it over and butter the back of the tins.
Place muffin tin in refregerator for 15 minutes to chill dough.
8) Remove tin from refregerator and place on cookie sheet. Place in
preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until dough is golden brown. Remove
from oven.
