Umeke Market Organic Kale Salad
Kale
Carrots
Red Cabbage
Dressing:
3 oz. Braggs Liquid Aminos (has less sodium) or substitute with Shoyu
6 oz. Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Garlic Puree
4 oz. Lemon Juice
Soak kale well to clean all dirt off.
Fine chop kale, only down to tender ribs.
Julienne carrots
Shred red cabbage
Mix all veggies in a bowl, pour dressing over kale and lightly toss till
dressing covers kale.
