Chicken
Satay
7 oz. Chicken Breast, cut in strips
1 T Fish Sauce
1 T Garlic Chili Paste
1 tsp Cilantro, minced
¼ cup Peanut Butter
2 cup coconut milk
1T Lemongrass, minced
Salt To taste
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients except chicken to make a
marinate. Then add the chicken strips and let sit for 10 minutes.
Grilled
5 Spiced Tritip
3 each Tritip, skewered
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup Brown sugar
1 T 5 spice
1 T Cilantro, minced
1 T Chili pepper flakes
1 T Garlic
Procedure:
Combined all ingredients but the Tritip to make
a marinade. Then add the skewered tritip sticks. Then let sit for 10
minutes.
Coconut
Prawns on the Stick
6 each Hawaii Farm-Fresh Prawns
1 cup Flour
1 each Egg
3 cup Panko
½ cup Coconut, shredded
3 T shoyu
Salt & Pepper To taste
Procedure:
Dredge peeled and deveined prawns in flour, then
in egg, then in the coconut and panko to form a batter. Then deep fry at
350 degrees for 3 minutes.
