                                                        FRIED RIBS

  • 4 tbls. Garlic Salt
  • 2 tbls. Cajun Seasoning
  • Crushed Red Peppers
  • Flour
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 Whole slab of ribs

Sprinkle 2 tbls. Garlic salt on each side. Sprinkle 1 tbls. Cajun seasoning on each side. Sprinkle Crushed Red Pepper to taste. Minimum marinate: 2 hours. Maximum: Overnight. Coat with flour. Deep fry in hot oil with temperature always on high for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!

                                        OVEN STYLE BBQ CHICKEN

Directions for a 5 lb. Whole chicken

  • 3 tbls. Ono Hawaiian Seasoning
  • 4 tbls. Paprika

Rub 1 tbls of Ono Hawaiian Seasoning into cavity of chicken. Rub the rest of the ono seasoning on the outside of the chicken. Sprinkle 2 tbls of paprika into cavity of chicken. Sprinkle 2 tbls on the outside of the chicken. Marinate time: 2 hours minimum, maximum: overnight. Bake in oven for about 1 hour to hour and a half at 350. This can also be cooked on a rotisserie and on an outdoor grill.
