Sweet Macadamia Nut Bread Pudding
8 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
4 cups milk
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
3 qts sweet macadamia nut bread, diced
In a large bowl crack eggs, add sugar and whisk until combined.
Add milk, cinnamon & vanilla. Mix in diced bread and let mixture soak
for half an hour. Scoop into greased muffin pan and bake in water bath
at 300 degrees F for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.

Double Chocolate Chip cookies
(or any 3 of your favorite cookie recipes)
1 cup toasted coconut flakes
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup chocolate chips
2 pkg M&M candies
In a large bowl mix three types of cookies. Sprinkle coconut flakes,
macadamia nuts, chocolate chips, M&M candies over cookies.
