BBQ Baby Back Ribs

3 lbs Baby Back Ribs
Salt to Taste
2 T Chili Powder
3 T Garlic, minced
2 T Coarse Black Pepper

BBQ Sauce:
1 bottle BBQ Sauce
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Shoyu
1/2 c Green Onion, chopped

Season ribs with salt and chili powder on both sides. Then add garlic and pepper to season both sides also. Seasoning can be done the night before cooking for added flavor. Place ribs in a large baking pan and place in an oven preheated to 325 degrees and cook for about an hour. For the sauce, mix all ingredients listed. When ribs are cooked, take them out of the oven and brush the BBQ sauce over them coating it well. Mmmmm!

Coleslaw and Coleslaw Dressing

Dressing:
1 1/2 c Apple Cider Vinegar
4 T Sugar
1 T Ginger, minced
1 t Black Sesame Seeds
1 T Hawaiian chili pepper water

Salad:
1 lb Green Cabbage
1 lb Red Cabbage
4 oz Red Onions
3 oz Green Seedless Grapes, halved
3 oz Red Seedless Grapes, halved
2 c Fresh Corn
1 pt Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Salt to taste
1 T Vegetable Oil

Stir together all the ingredients for the coleslaw dressing in a bowl. Let it sit for a short while. Then in a large salad bowl, take pre-shredded cabbage, onions, grapes, corn, tomato and toss together. Season with salt and oil. Drizzle coleslaw dressing over the salad and toss lightly.
