Hawaiian Tri Tip Steak
2 1/2 lb tri tip steak
1/2 Tbs. sea salt
1/2 Tbs. cracked black peppercorns
1 Tbs. garlic, minced
1 Tbs. ginger, grated
1 Tbs. shoyu
white pepper
1 Tbs. brown sugar
Marinate meat in above ingredients for 30 to 45 minutes.
1 medium Maui onion
1 medium tomato
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
white pepper
pepper flakes
Pan fry above onion mixture in a wok until done.
Grill marinated tri tip to desired doneness. Serve
tri tip over a bed of mashed potatoes. Garnish with
vegetable stir fry.
Cold Poached Lobster Salad
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup spinach leaves, cooked
1/2 cup peas
1 cup asparagus, chopped
white pepper
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp cilantro
lobster meat
1/4 Tbs. curry powder
Place mixed greens in a bowl. Arrange lobster on
top of lettuce. Add lobster salad on top and garnish
with flowers and cilantro.
