BBQ Pork Tenderloin
with Garlic Sauce
3 lbs pork tenderloin
1 Tbs Hoisin sauce
1 Tbs catsup
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs garlic, minced
2 Tbs ginger, grated
1/2 tsp sugar
to taste - salt & white pepper,
Chopped macadamia nuts, for garnish
Season pork with salt, grated ginger,
garlic and white pepper. Mix
ingredients and marinate pork for 1 hour.
Sauce
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp mirin
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili oil
1/4 tsp cilantro
Mix all ingredients in a bowl till sugar
dissolves.
Grill pork and brush with marinade
frequently until desired doneness. Let
tenderloin rest for a few minutes before
slicing. Pour sauce over pork and
garnish with macadamia nuts. Brown in
oven if desired.
Stir Fried Tofu & Scallops
with Mixed Greens
1 pkg long rice
8 oz fresh scallops
2 Tbs shoyu
1 Tbs garlic, minced
1 Tbs ginger, grated
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
6 Shiitake mushrooms
4 cups mixed vegetables
1 Tbs sake
1 pkg tofu, cubed and deep fried
Cook long rice until transparent.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook
scallops and Shiitake mushrooms, add
mixed vegetables and sake. Finally, add
soy sauce and tofu.
Cook until vegetables are tender but
not mushy. Serve over long rice. Enjoy!
