Teriyaki Lamb Chops
4-8 lamb chops
Marinade:
3 cups shoyu
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup ginger, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbs green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 Tbs Chinese parsley
2 tsp sesame oil
Blend marinade ingredients well and
marinate meat 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
Grill over hot coals (a hibachi seems to
make the best flavor) until desired doneness.
After it's done, drizzle on a little Special Teriyaki Glaze.
Special Teriyaki Glaze:
1/2 cup shoyu
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup water
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 Tbs corn starch, mixed with 2 Tbs water
In a small saucepan, bring shoyu, mirin,
water, brown sugar, garlic and ginger
to a boil. Blend corn starch and water to
make a smooth past; add to the teriyaki
mixture. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring
frequently until thickened.

clams
mussel meat
calamari
cubed white fish, poke size
whole salmon
fresh island spinach
ti leaves
