Pork Marinade
salt & water
Chicken (Teriyaki Sauce) Marinade
1 cup shoyu
1 cup sugar
1 piece ginger, small, crushed
1 cup water
Chicken (Miso) Marinade
3 Tbs Kikkoman shoyu
3 Tbs white sugar
3 Tbs rice vinegar
2 Tbs white miso
4 Tbs honey
1 tsp chili sauce
1/4 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp chopped cilantro
3 Tbs orange juice
Fish (Oriental Dressing) Marinade
3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup shoyu
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 Tbs black sesame seeds
1 Tbs sesame oil
Mix ingredients together for
marinade of your choice.
