BLACK GOMA
ASPARAGUS
1 lb asparagus, sliced into 1 pieces
1 Tbs minced fresh ginger
1 Tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 Tbs shoyu
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbs light vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs black goma sesame seeds
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the asparagus, ginger
and garlic. Cook about 1 minute. Add the chicken
broth, shoyu, sugar and sesame seeds. Cook
another minute. Remove from pan and enjoy!

WITH RED OGO
1 cup (about 1/2 lb) diced Ahi
1 cup (about 1/2 lb) diced Ono
1 cup cooked (about 1/2 lb) Tako
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced white onions
2 Tbs sesame seed oil
2 Tbs sesame seeds
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp Inomona
1/4 cup chopped red or green Ogo
Mix all ingredients together
and enjoy!
