Island Tropical Poke
3 lbs fresh fish, cubed
sea salt, to taste
2 Hawaiian Chili Peppers
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes
3/4 cup ogo
3/4 cup white onions
3/4 cup green onions
1 mango
3/4 cup shoyu
1 Tbs sesame seed oil
1/2 cup coconut milk
Cube fresh fish: ahi, aku, etc. Add sea
salt, chili peppers (seeds removed and
finely chopped), diced tomatoes,
chopped ogo (fresh seaweed), diced
onions, chopped green onions and toss
lightly. Then add cubed fresh green or
half-ripe mango. Then add shoyu, sesame
seed oil, and toss lightly. Add coconut
milk and toss lightly.
Samıs Killer Ometlette's
Mushroom Spinach Omelette
1/2 Tbs oil
1 Tbs garlic, diced
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 cup fresh spinach
to taste, salt and pepper
2 large eggs
1 Tbs basil
Saute garlic and mushrooms in hot oil.
Add fresh spinach. Season with salt
and pepper to taste. Add beaten eggs.
Add chopped basil to flavor. Flip omelette
to cook the top side and serve.
Crab Omelette
1 cup mixed fresh vegetables
to taste, salt and pepper
1 Tbsw green onions
1 cup crab
2 large eggs
Saute mixture of the fresh vegetables
julienne in hot oil. Add salt and pepper
to taste. Add chopped green onions and
crab and continue to saute. Add beaten
eggs. Flip omelette to cook the top side
and serve.
Char Siu Omelette
1/2 Tbs oil
1 cup char siu
1/2 cup mixed fresh vegetables
2 large eggs
1 Tbs green onions
Saute char siu in hot oil. Add mixture
of fresh vegetables julienne. Add beaten
eggs and choppped green onions. Flip
omelette to cook the top side and serve.
