Hibachi Tofu
1 block firm tofu, sliced in four sections
Marinade:
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp chopped basil
1 Tbs salad oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp shoyu
Combine all ingredients together. Marinate tofu
for 1/2 hour. Cook over hibachi or charcoal broiler.
Hibachi Mixed Vegetables
1 zucchini, sliced oval
1 yellow squash, sliced oval
1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges
6 Shiitake mushrooms
Marinade:
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 Tbs white wine
1 Tbs salad oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp shoyu
1/4 tsp oyster sauce
Mix all ingredients together with mixed vegetables.
Marinate for 1/2 hour. Cook over hibachi or
charcoal broiler.
Kalbi Ribs
6 pieces 1/2" cut beef short ribs
Marinade:
1 Tbs chopped garlic
1 tsp chili pepper water
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup salad oil
Mix all ingredients together with beef short ribs.
Marinate for one hour. Cook over charcoal
broiler until done. Enjoy!
