Broiled Ono
with Mixed Vegetables
3 pieces of 6 oz Ono
1/2 cup Oriental Dressing
Marinate Ono in Oriental
Dressing. Broil in hibachi til cooked.
ORIENTAL DRESSING
3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup shoyu
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
112 Tbs black sesame seeds
1 Tbs sesame oil
Whisk all ingredients together until
well blended. If its not too thick,
you can whisk in a little water, a
few drops at a time, until you get
the consistency you like.
MIXED VEGETABLES
1 zucchini, sliced oval
1 yellow squash, sliced oval
1 red bell pepper, sliced into wedges
6 shiitake mushrooms
MARINADE
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 Tbs white wine
1 Tbs salad oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp shoyu
1/4 tsp oyster sauce
Mix all ingredients together
with mixed vegetables. Marinate
for 1/2 hour. Cook on hibachi
until tender.
Fresh Assorted Sliced Fruits
1/2 honeydew melon,
sliced into 1/2 pieces
1/2 cantaloupe, sliced into 1/2 pieces
1 papaya, sliced into 1/2 pieces
1 pineapple, sliced into 1/2 pieces
6 strawberries
1/2 bunch of grapes
DRESSING
1 Tbs pineapple papaya marmalade
2 Tbs sour cream
2 Tbs mayonnaise
salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
