Smoked Chicken Stir Fry
1 cup smoked chicken, cut into strips
1 cup mixed stir fry vegetables
1/4 Tbs Dashi or chicken stock
1 Tbs shoyu
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1 Tbs cornstarch mixed wtih 1 Tbs water
1 Tbs salad oil
Heat oil in wok until smoking. Add chicken then vegetables.
Cook about 30 seconds. Add Dashi, shoyu and oyster sauce.
Cook about 2 minutes; until vegetables are just tender.
Thicken with cornstarch mixture. Pour over rice and enjoy!
Stir Fry Pepper Beef
8 oz beef cut into strips
1 small green bell pepper cut into 1/2" strips
1 small red bell pepper cut into 1/2" strips
1 small onion cut into thin strips, julienne
1 stalk celery cut into thin strips, julienne
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs minced ginger
pinch salt & pepper
1/4 cup Dashi or chicken broth
1 Tbs shoyu
1 Tbs oyster sauce
2 cups soft noodles or rice
1 Tbs salad oil
1 Tbs cornstarch in 1 Tbs water
Heat oil in wok until just smoking. Add beef, onions,
celery. Cook about 1 minute. Add bell peppers, garlic,
ginger, salt, pepper, dashi, shoyu, oyster sauce and
cook about 3 minutes more, being careful not to
overcook the meat. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken.
Pour over noodles or rice.
