                           KIM CHEE FRIED RICE

6 scoops (med. size) rice
1 Tbs. hot sauce
2 strips cooked bacon, diced
2 oz. kim chee
1 Tbs. oyster sauce
oil for cooking

Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté kim chee and bacon.  Add hot sauce, oyster sauce and rice.  Mix well and cook in slow heat 2-3 minutes.

                                         GARLIC AHI

6 oz. ahi
1 tsp. garlic
1 Tbs. shoyu
1/2 Tbs. sesame oil
1 oz. water or fish stock
salt & pepper to taste
pinch of flour
oil for cooking
Pat fish dry then season with salt & pepper. 
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté fish on both
sides.  Only cook half way through.  Take the
pan off the heat and drain out oil.  Add garlic,
sesame oil, shoyu and water or fish stock.  Put
pan back on stove and bring to a boil.  While
boiling, add a small amount of flour to thicken
sauce.

                                            YAKISOBA

2 bags yakisoba noodles
2 large boneless chicken thighs (cut into strips)
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
1 onion
2 Tbs. oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbs. katsu sauce
oil for cooking
salt & pepper to taste
Cut all vegetables into julienned strips.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté chicken
until cooked.  Add all vegetables, noodles,
oyster sauce and katsu sauce.  Keep stirring
2-3 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
Season with salt & pepper.
